Legislative Reconciliation

Can the budget bill plan passed by the House be stopped? Yes it can! But, the House included in the plan legislative reconciliation. That will make it very unlikely that the final bill will not pass. In my humble opinion reconciliation is a subversion of due process granted to WE THE PEOPLE by the Constitution. Due process is a major point in my book The Stimulus Tragedy and is being subverted by both parties.
